We want to live in a neighborhood that welcomes every individual and is a healthy and safe environment for all. As a staff we are committed to living in our community and creating positive opportunities for neighbors to interact. Every week, something exciting is happening in our neighborhood, from coffee hours, open mic nights, neighborhood clean ups, barbecues, flower planting, or delivering welcome bags to new residents. 

The SOAR Team is a resident-led, organized group of neighbors who meet monthly to address concerns and plan ways to improve the overall quality of our neighborhood. We believe that a community transforms when neighbors take ownership and are the ones driving the changes they would like to see. Here are a few pictures of things they have organized.
